May seem a bit dramatic, but having listened to Jocko & Echo for 2 years, it’s completely changed my life. Better relationships, more focused on training, got better jobs and promotions, doubling my salary. And most importantly, take ownership of my life.

Jocko doesn’t need steroids. Steroids need Jocko.

I have been listening to the Jocko Podcast for four years now, and it has changed my life for the better. The concept of extreme ownership, and exercising unmitigated discipline in all things, has made me into a better husband, father, and professional. The stories shared by the heroes interviewed in this podcast, has made me appreciate all the men an women who have served ,and continue to serve, in order for my family and I to live the American dream.

Where’s episode 288?

Very informative and often times life altering.

I like all of Jockos poscasts. But episode 115 with Dakota Meyer is the most amazing story, it gave me an outlook on what it’s like in battle. My heart goes out to that man.

Have to believe it’s never too late. I found this podcast through listening to Mike Drop Podcast. I hard core committed to listening to Jocko Podcast by starting at episode One!! I’m still catching up, currently on episode 278! Having a new clean addiction has been great!! Its starting a new way of life from the lessons taught here! Its listening to history and never forgetting those who went before me!! I’m a veteran that didn’t start a new mission and practically lost it all. Drug Addiction and Suicide being my favorite. It’s been a long road and I’m fortunate I found this podcast because I really wanted to retreat to the grave I dug myself prior. I’m on the side of the grave, but I’m not in it thanks to this podcast.

The most insightful leadership lessons I’ve come across and very interesting guests.

Jocko is awesome and very informative. Only issue is Echo. Always goes off on an extreme tangent, needs to learn he doesn’t always has to have the last say in everything, and tay quiet some times.

Love the Jocko podcast. Episode 93 is hands down the best podcast I have ever listened to. So much a leader can learn from Jocko. Thanks for what you are doing.

Jocko’s incessant insights, Echo’s Profound Proclamations and Dave Detailed Dilemma Discernment’s have been influencing my ideas about leadership for many years. Highly recommended for the vast knowledge and light entertainment. I give these guys a 10/10.

Clear, wise, often funny a superb leader - before I came across Jocko’s and Echo’s podcast I didn’t know such a person existed. A terrifically inspiring, humble, powerful character. After I’m gone I ca co disentitled say to my sons “Get on the Path with Jocko and you will be happier, a better leader, more successful and have better relationships and be more useful in general”. And Echo is the perfect co- host.

I’m very thankful to Jocko for his leadership and his mentality of leadership balance. Really balance in all walks of life. This is motivating, this is encouraging, this is exhorting, and this is powerful life advice. Extreme Ownership is one of my favorite books on leadership. Thank you for your service to our country Sir.

JOCKO PODCAST! If you're a veteran/LEO you will truly love this podcast! Pure motivation, and gets you back on track. Thank you jocko! The only bad part is sometimes his co-host goes off on some nonsense and just doesn't get to the point. (BUT I still love you Echo) Over all this is the best podcast ever! I was never into podcasts, now I wait weekly for this to come out! This is great!!! GET AFTER IT! Been in the game since wounded leg! I believe E003!

Episode #300 was right on and I am glad you took a open approach to the book your reviewed . As always a awesome podcast that is real.

As a new leader you can learn basic principles and build a good foundation of leadership knowledge. This information can carry you past the basic faults of new leadership. Listen, learn, and apply the lessons you hear.

Echo’s tangents can be difficult to listen to, and occasionally will distract from the point Jocko or a guest is trying to make. Other than that, love the show and have learned a lot from listening over the past few years.

Simply Awsome. He has brought history and historical events to the modern age with the podcast about SOG and the warriors of the Vietnam Era. Keep up the good work!
