Listener Reviews

If you like Ferriss, Rogan, Carlin, Harris and other nuanced intellectuals then you'll love this. Jocko has a great, hard won perspective. Looking forward to future episodes.

The no bs approach of JW and the topics covered are what makes this podcast enjoyable and interesting to listen to. I hope they keep the current format for at least a while: first the presentation of a book together with a discussion about lessons learned from it, then the answering of listener's questions.

I have Jocko as a mentor, only heard him recently but his message is very powerful and has help me a lot. Discipline equals freedom. Lead your life. LISTEN TO JOCKO. Great work commander.

Life changing strategic and tactical advise from an articulate, intelligent, no bs badass. I listen with a notepad and you should too.

Jocko's life has given him a unique outlook that is very valuable. A lot to learn in this podcast. Echo also does a great job bouncing off thoughts and questions.

Deep insight into the mindset of legendary Navy Seal Jocko Willink….…very inspirational!!

Was drawn to this podcast from the tim ferries and joe rogan podcasts. I’m excited to see someone who brings such a unique perspective create this channel to share wisdom. I love the focus on mental toughness and simple but effective principles that everyone needs more exposure to and encouragement to begin implementing. Looking forward to seeing how this develops and would love to see you continue to speak your mind. Shout out from Australia.

First heard Mr. Willink on Tim Ferris' podcast and then bought and read his book, Extreme Ownership, which is also excellent. Really happy he has decided to start his own podcast, I look forward to listening and learning.

Great perspective on different aspects of life from a Navy Seal.

Just listened to the first podcast Sir. Clear & concise. Great value for the time. Epic way to wrap it up, IMPACT. Out.

First episode down and I'm subscribed, looking forward to future content. Unsurprisingly, as a first ep it's far from slick, but that doesn't detract from the content. For additional context, I thoroughly enjoyed and value the content in Extreme Ownership, and also Jocko's appearances on Tim Ferris's and Joe Rogans podcasts.

Amazing stories from Jocko and great chemistry with Echocharles.
